What is Revolax?
Revolax is a collection of injectable dermal fillers crafted with hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring gel-like substance renowned for its ability to attract and retain up to 1,000 times its weight in water.
These fillers are skillfully administered beneath the skin’s surface to effectively smooth creases, minimize lines and wrinkles, sculpt facial contours, and restore lost volume over time.
What sets Revolax apart from other dermal fillers is its unique molecular structure. The gel is dense and extensively cross-linked, allowing it to maintain its shape while remaining malleable. Additionally, the formula prevents the hyaluronic acid from migrating away from the injection site, a common issue with other fillers, particularly in areas prone to repetitive or exaggerated movement.
While Revolax has not yet received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and thus may not be widely known among doctors in the United States, it complies with the health and safety standards for products sold within the European Union, where it is commonly utilized.
The Revolax collection comprises three types, each designed with specific properties and purposes:
Revolax Fine: Targeted for superficial skin layers, this type is injected into the top layer of skin to address crow’s-feet, forehead lines, neck wrinkles, and frown lines.
Revolax Deep: Thicker and longer-lasting than Revolax Fine, this gel is ideal for the middle layer of skin, where it can enhance lips, augment the chin or nose, and alleviate nasolabial folds, deep forehead lines, and laugh lines.
Revolax Sub-Q: This filler is uniquely formulated to be moldable and maintain its structure over an extended period, making it ideal for use in the subcutaneous layer of skin. In this area, it effectively addresses deeper lines and provides lifting effects for the cheeks.
