Orders placed between Mon-Fri before 3:30pm will be sent the same day and will arrive the next business day (unless Saturday delivery is selected). Orders placed over the weekend will be sent Monday and will  arrive Tuesday.

Parcels will arrive via royal mail special delivery between 9am – 1pm and will need to be signed for.

We guarantee to post your parcel in time for delivery as specified. We cannot however guarantee that your parcel will arrive on time as that responsibility has been handed to Royal Mail. Parcels are insured and will arrive on time 9 times out of 10. Occasionally during busy periods delays of up to a day may occur.
